You get a fully custom room design created by our founder. That includes: a personalized moodboard, concept and detailed room layout plan, a full shopping list with links and price ranges, styling notes to recreate the look, one round of revisions to refine the design, and delivery in 4–7 business days. Everything is tailored to your space, your taste, and your real-world budget.
How does the process work? +
Choose your package, complete a short design questionnaire, and upload photos and measurements. We design your room within 4–7 business days. You review the concepts and request changes (one revision round included). Receive your final layout and shopping list, then bring your new room to life. Simple, fast, and stress-free.
Do you use AI to design rooms? +
No. Every Dwello design is created by our founder thoughtfully, intentionally, and by hand. We may use AI as a visualization aid, but the creative direction, selections, and decisions are entirely human.
What budgets do you design for?+
Most of our rooms fall within a $1,500–$5,000 furniture budget, depending on your needs and the room’s size. We design around your numbers to make the most of your investment.
What if I’m not happy with the design? +
Love your design guarantee: one round of thoughtful revisions is included to make sure it feels like home. If you need additional revisions, you can add more for a small fee. This keeps the process smooth, clear, and collaborative.
Do you offer refunds? +
Because design is a creative service, we don’t offer refunds once work has begun. However, our Love Your Design Guarantee and clear revision process ensure you’ll feel confident from start to finish.
Where do you source furniture from?+
We source from a mix of big box stores, small boutique brands, and local businesses all chosen based on your style and budget. If you have preferred stores or want us to focus on local options, just let us know.
